There is no doubt that we live in a totally crazy world where the truth sometimes seems much stranger than fiction and those that we elect to govern our countries seem to think we have elected them to protect us from the truth. Suddenly the truth is something that we should not be told, the truth is something we should not worry about, the truth is that we should trust them because they know what they’re doing.
Well we’ve seen just how much they know what they’re doing and we know that it’s our elected representatives who really can’t handle the truth. We see it every day in presidential statements that say things are going well when obviously they’re in the toilet. When will our elected representatives ever take a reality check and tell it like it really is?

I don't know. Has any of our elected officials EVER told the truth? Going back all the way to Washington? You have to wonder.
